Suburbia by Relativity Productions (c) 2001, made in Smithers, BC. A team trivia and party game for 4 or more players, teen to adult. Teams draw, act, unscramble letters and answer trivia as they race around the board.

Included: game board, instruction manual, question cards (the box lists 300), one die, 3 pawns, a sand timer, a score pad and 2 pencils.

Not complete as made: 1 of the 4 pawns is missing, so 3 are included. The sand timer is a replacement, not the original.

Wear: there is blue pen scribbling on the front cover, the box has scuffed and chipped print and a bit of sticker residue, and the instruction sheet has a coffee ring. All visible in the photos.

Condition notes: Missing 1 of 4 pawns, replacement sand timer, pen marks on the front cover, scuffed box, coffee ring on instruction sheet.
