Shipping policy

Leisure Beam Games ships bulk and single Pokémon trading cards from British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains how we pack, ship, and estimate delivery for your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates & Options (Canada only)

We currently ship within Canada only. At checkout you'll see:

• Shipping within Canada is a bit tricky right now. We recommend tracked package shipping however the price is very high. Choosing Standard mail is cheaper but you are taking on risk. 
  
• Standard Mail — $2.99 CAD (orders under $35): your cards are individually sleeved, put in a top loader, then put in a team bag, and shipped in a plain envelope via Canada Post. This is untracked and by my experience 1 in every orders sent does not make it, or takes way longer than expected. 
• Free Shipping on orders of $35 CAD or more.
• Orders over $100 are shipped free with tracking

No Tracking on Standard Shipments

Please note: Standard Mail and Bubble Mailer shipments are sent via regular Canada Post postage and do not include tracking or delivery confirmation. If your order hasn't arrived after a reasonable wait, see our Refund Policy for what happens next.

Estimated Delivery

Most domestic orders arrive within 5–14 business days of shipment, though delivery times can vary with Canada Post volume and your location. 

Card Protection

Every card is packed with a penny sleeve and rigid toploader (or grouped in a team bag for larger bulk orders) before it goes in its mailer, to protect against bending and shipping damage.
