Cashflow, How to Get Out of the Rat Race, the Rich Dad board game created by Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. This is the 2002 edition (Cashflow 101).

Used. Inside the box: the game board, the rulebook, a pad of scorecard and character sheets, the profession cards, the four card decks (Small Deals, Big Deals, The Market and Doodad Cards), plastic rat pawns with cheese pieces, dice, play money, plastic chips, four Cashflow pencils and a few staples. Everything is bagged and shown in the photos.

The box and parts look clean in the photos. I have not played a full game to count every card, so please look over the photos.
